We also ask for a reference from the previous landlord and we won’t recommend any tenant to you until we are satisfied with their renting history.

Preparation of legal documents

Once you are satisfied with the recommended tenant, we’ll arrange for all necessary documents to be prepared. We’ll arrange for the payment of the first month rent, a security deposit and the signing of the tenancy agreement.

After payment has been made, we’ll arrange for the transfer of your funds to the bank of your choice.

Transfer of funds and documents to clients

We put together all copies of tenant contact information, tenant references, registration form, lease, and tenants signed standing order mandates and send them over to you.
